1. The 100% UAE Factory Guarantee
In the global fragrance marketplace, counterfeit formulations and diluted "grey-market" batches are a widespread concern for collectors. Bareilly Co. eliminates this risk through direct contractual importation from the official master houses in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (including Lattafa Maison, Arabiyat Prestige, Rayhaan Parfums, Maison Asrar, and Rasasi).
We maintain an absolute zero-tolerance policy for imitation goods. If any product purchased from Bareilly Co. is demonstrated to be non-authentic by an authorized brand representative, we will issue an immediate 200% refund of the purchase price.
2. Tamper-Evident Hologram Inspection
Before dispatch from our Ontario distribution salon, every flacon carton undergoes a meticulous four-point authentication inspection:
- Factory Cellophane Integrity: Pristine, factory-folded cellophane envelope without reseal marks or tears.
- Official Dubai Holographic Seal: Verification of brand-specific optical security stickers and micro-etched serials.
- Batch Code Cross-Reference: Matching batch numbers between outer carton embossed stamp and inner flacon label.
- Atomizer Collar Inspection: Ensuring crimp tightness and vacuum seal integrity.
3. The Discovery Decant Trial Program
Because fragrance is inherently subjective and deeply personal, we encourage collectors to take advantage of our Discovery Decant Option ($12–$14 CAD for 5ml atomizers).
The "Test First" Privilege:
When you order a 100ml full flacon accompanied by its matching 5ml discovery decant, test the decant on your skin first over 48 hours. If the dry-down does not match your personal chemistry, return the unopened, sealed 100ml flacon for a 100% refund while keeping the 5ml decant.
4. 30-Day Return Procedures
Unopened, cellophane-sealed flacons in their pristine original presentation may be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery date:
- Contact our Canadian concierge at concierge@bareillyco.ca with your Bareilly Co. order number.
- Receive your prepaid Canada Post return shipping label.
- Pack the sealed flacon securely in protective bubble wrap and drop off at any Canada Post counter nationwide.
Note: Due to Health Canada cosmetic hygiene standards, flacons with broken cellophane seals or evidence of spray actuation cannot be accepted for return or resale.
5. Canadian Refund Settlement
Upon receipt and inspection at our Ontario warehouse, refunds are initiated within 48 business hours back to the original method of payment (Shop Pay, Interac, Visa, Mastercard, or Apple Pay). Your financial institution will reflect the credit within 2–4 Canadian banking days.
